  • Office Visit: Enables senior high school and college freshman candidates to learn about a shipping office, the different departments and roles that comprise the Shipping Company while at the same time being given an admin task to perform from start to finish. This practice teaches youth how important it is to complete tasks. The candidate wears a VISITOR’s pass. Duration: 1 month, 1 weekly visit, max 8 hours. Ages 16 to 22 years old.
  • Apprenticeship: Unpaid educational program where the candidates have an opportunity to learn about administrative skill sets, practicing responsibilities such as: data entry, filing, written communication etc. Registered Candidates may participate in one program, as a prerequisite to an internship. Duration: 3 to 6 months. Ages 18 to 21 years old.
  • Internship: Paid work program that requires the candidate to support daily administrative tasks. Interns are valuable members of the office and, therefore, their commitment is essential and could play a significant role in acquiring a permanent position in the company. Duration: 3-6 months.
