Our mission is to immerse young people in maritime culture from their early school years and support them through education, training, and real world exposure into adulthood. By connecting students with the maritime “brain bank”—captains, operations and technical personnel and managers, and principals—we help reinforce Greek shipping’s competitiveness on the international stage.

We believe that everyone must play a role in this positive transformation. As part of Greece’s maritime education ecosystem, we are the original catalyst of the youth employability pipeline, committed to preparing and empowering the future talent of the industry.
